Alex’s work is primarily focused on ocean technology and underwater photography. With an engineering background and extensive experience traveling the world, Alex has a keen eye for finding exciting, new or rarely seen sights.

Alex was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. Attending the University of Wisconsin, Alex spent the next years of his life continuing to live in Madison, a devoted Badger and Packer fan. After returning to school for a degree in Electrical Engineering, Alex began working in the field of Ocean Technology. After short stints in Boston, MA and Fort Lauderdale, FL, Alex relocated to Bremen, Germany. He currently resides in Hamburg.
